There are several parking options available, depending on what best suites your needs. We offer uncovered parking, carports, and garage parking. All parking is reserved, and we tow 24/7.

What are the fees associated with bringing my pets?

There is a one-time, non-refundable pet-fee of $300 per pet. No pet rent.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

Someone is on-call 24/7 for any maintinance emergencies. We have a fully maintinance staff on-site to fix any repairs.


What lease terms do you offer?

We offer 12-month leases & short-term leases, depending on availability.

What is the application fee?

There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $45 per adult. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.

What are the costs of having a pet?

There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. No pet rent.

Do you require renters insurance?

Renters insurance is not required, but highly recommended.

What is the deposit amount? Is it refundable?

There is a one-time deposit fee of $450, with $200 being non-refundable.

Which, if any, utilities are included in my rent?

Water, sewer, and garbage is $25 per month for studio apartments, $35 for 1-bedroom apartments, $45 for 2-bedroom apartments, and $65 for remodeled apartments.
